Owner Dave Matus has built homes in Tampa, Florida, on the beautiful islands of Abaco and Exuma in the Bahamas as well as the home featured above in Castle Rock, Colorado.  He specializes in design/build projects and enjoys financial participation in the process.

The current project is The Learning Station and is still in the design phase.  The paperwork is being worked on for funding.

Since 1984 he has been involved in the real estate and investment arena and received his Masters Degree in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver in 2002.  He has built several Ruby Tuesdays, Jim N Nicks BBQ in Aurora, CO and Ling & Louie's at Stapleton in Denver, CO.  He assisted in the construction of the 16,000 square foot Maggiano's restaurant in the Denver Tech Center as well.
